On Point Insurance Services is an independently licensed agency rooted in Stark County. For more than 30 years, our family has lived and worked in the same community as the employers, employees, retirees, and families we serve.
Our Beginning
Founder Kirk Harper began by helping small businesses offer employee benefits to their staff. The work required more than quoting a plan: owners needed someone who could explain trade-offs, help employees understand coverage, and remain available after enrollment.
That same approach still guides the agency. We believe people make better insurance decisions when they understand what coverage is designed to do, what it does not do, and where costs or restrictions may appear.
Our People
Graeham leads the group benefits practice, working with Ohio employers on medical funding strategies, ancillary benefits, renewals, and employee communication. His focus is building a package that fits the business and is understandable to the people using it.
Kirk leads Medicare and senior solutions and has guided hundreds of Ohio households through enrollment and annual reviews. He also works with life, disability, long-term care, and individual coverage needs.
How We Work
Independence lets us work with multiple carriers and coverage types, but choice alone is not guidance. We start with the client's priorities, explain realistic options in plain language, and compare the details that affect access, cost, and risk.
We do not represent every plan in every market, and we do not assume that changing coverage is always the answer. Our goal is a careful, documented conversation and a relationship that remains useful after the policy begins.
